❝ Over the last few years, I have been dealing with various injuries that have limited my ability to exercise the way I knew how. I had almost given up when covid hit and I wasn’t able to go to the gym anymore. My life changed when I was introduced to Jenna! She took the time to understand my issues and limitation and came up with plans tailored to me to challenge me and strengthen so I could start doing things I enjoyed again.
At first, I jumped into strength training and how to modify and train at home with little to no equipment but as I got more comfortable I realized that her nutrition program really made the whole program complete. Jenna taught me how to eat healthy in a sustainable way that is not a diet but a lifestyle change. Even tho I track macros I don’t feel restricted like other eating programs.
If all this wasn’t enough Jenna has a whole support system on social media! A woman’s group that supports and encourages each member.
